2-3-9: FISCAL MATTERS:
There is hereby established an account in the general fund to be known as the emergency management account. Into this account shall be placed the proceeds of taxes levied for emergencies, money transferred from other funds, gifts and other revenues of the emergency management organization. From it shall be made expenditures for the operation and maintenance of the emergency management organization. (2003 Code)
