The city may prescribe fees sufficient to defray the costs incurred by it in reviewing, investigating and administering an application for an amendment to an official control or an application for a permit or other approval required under an official control established pursuant to Minnesota statutes chapter 462. All fees shall be as set forth in a rate schedule duly adopted by the city council. The term "official control" has the meaning as set forth in Minnesota statutes chapter 462. (Ord. 388, 1-6-2004)
