2-1-5: MEETINGS; PROCEDURES; RECORDS:
The commission shall hold at least one meeting each month at a time regularly established and approved by the city council and shall hold such special meetings as may be necessary for the conduct of its business. The commission shall adopt rules for the transaction of business and shall keep a record of its resolutions, transactions and findings, which record shall be maintained as a public record. The commission shall submit to the city council a true and correct copy of all of its minutes, recommendations and other reports. (1981 Code 108 § 4)
