9-3-6: DUTIES OF PERMITTEE:
   A.   Days And Hours: The person to whom a building moving permit is granted may move such building, house or structure covered by such permit only on the day or days and during the hours specifically set forth in the building moving permit. Any change in such date or hours must be approved by the city code enforcement officer in writing. The city police department and public works department shall be notified at least twenty four (24) hours before moving commences.
   B.   Warning Devices: While moving any such building, house or structure upon, across or over any street, alley, or public place, there shall be displayed thereon appropriate warning lights, red flags and the like as to show the extreme height and width of such building, house or structure.
   C.   Restoration Of Site From Which Moved; Safety Measures:
      1.   When the building, house or structure which is to be moved is situated on property located within the corporate limits of the city, all rubbish and materials shall be removed from the original building site of such building, house or structure, and the excavation at such original site must be filled to existing grade so that such premises are left in a safe and sanitary condition.
      2.   When the building, house, or structure which is to be moved is situated on property located within the corporate limits of the city, all foundation structures on the original site of such building, house or structure shall be removed to a depth of eighteen inches (18") below the finished grade of the lot. The requirements of this subsection C2 must be completed within five (5) days after such building, house or structure is moved, but in all cases, until such work has been completed, an appropriate barricade shall be placed around all excavation, and the area must otherwise be maintained in a safe condition.
