9-3-4: INSPECTIONS; APPROVAL FOR MOVING:
Before moving a building, house or structure within the corporate limits of the city, such building, house or structure must first be inspected and approved for moving by the city code enforcement officer. No building moving permit shall be granted if the city code enforcement officer determines that any of the following conditions exist:
   A.   The building, house or structure proposed to be moved is too large to move without endangering persons or property within the city.
   B.   The building, house or structure proposed to be moved is in such a state of deterioration or disrepair or is too structurally unsafe that it cannot be moved without endangering persons or property within the city.
   C.   The applicant's equipment proposed to be used in moving such building, house or structure is unsafe, and persons or property within the city would be endangered by its use.
   D.   Any of the requirements of this chapter have not been complied with. (1981 Code 501 § 3)
