To obtain a building moving permit, the applicant shall file an application therefor in writing on a form furnished by the city for that purpose. There shall be filed with such application an application fee as set by resolution of the city council. Each such application shall: (1981 Code 501 § 2; amd. 2003 Code)
A. Describe the land from which such building, house or structure is to be moved by lot, block, tract and house or street address or such other or similar type description as will readily identify and locate such building, house or structure.
B. Describe the present use of all parts of such building, house or structure as well as the proposed use of such building, house or structure after it is so moved.
C. Set forth the names and addresses of all contractors or subcontractors to be used in moving such building, house or structure.
D. Set forth the names and addresses of all contractors or subcontractors intended to be used in placing, remodeling, completing or repairing any such building, house, or structure intended to be moved to a location within the corporate limits of the city.
E. Describe the equipment to be used in moving such building, house or structure.
F. Such other information as may be required by the city code enforcement officer. (1981 Code 501 § 2)
