A. Building Moving Permit: No person, firm, or corporation shall move any building, house or structure within the corporate limits of the city without first obtaining a building moving permit from the city for each such building, house or structure.
B. Building Permit: No permit shall be issued for the moving of a building, house or structure to a location within the corporate limits of the city until a building permit has been obtained from the city for placing, remodeling, completing or repairing such building, house or structure at its proposed new location.
