8-4-7: ADDITIONAL RULES AND REGULATIONS:
The City Council shall have the right to issue additional administrative rules and regulations relative to but not conflicting with this chapter. No person shall violate such rules or regulations that may be established by the Council. (1981 Code 913 § 9)
