A. Gambling, Indecent Conduct Prohibited: Gambling or abusive, boisterous, profane or indecent language, or conduct, in any public park is prohibited. (1981 Code 913 § 6; amd. 2003 Code)
B. Glass Beverage Containers, Liquor Prohibited:
1. Glass beverage containers and/or keg beer are prohibited in City parks.
2. The sale of beer or other alcoholic beverages is prohibited in City parks.
3. Excessive use of alcoholic beverages is prohibited in City parks. (2003 Code)
C. Reckless Behavior Prohibited: No person shall behave in a reckless manner which would endanger any person within a public park or the property of any such person.
D. Obedience To Officials Required: No person shall disobey any responsible lawful order or direction of any park employee, police officer, or other person designated by the City Council to give such orders or directions. (1981 Code 913 § 6)
