A. Equipment Use Restricted: In all areas where swimming and wading are permitted, the City Council shall, with the advice of the Parks and Recreation Commission, by resolution, prohibit the use of such equipment as it deems dangerous to persons engaging in such activities.
B. Dangerous Activities:
1. Authority To Determine And Prohibit: The Council or its duly designated agent shall determine what activities are dangerous and shall be authorized to prohibit such dangerous activities.
2. Permit Requirements: No person shall participate in any scheduled group activity without written permission. Any group wishing use of any park facility for a particular purpose shall first obtain a permit from the City Council or its designated representative. The Council may adopt an application form to be used for this purpose which may contain a requirement for an indemnity bond to protect the City from any liability or property damage.
