1-8-1: VOTER REGISTRATION:
   A.   Registration System Adopted: The system for the permanent registration of voters provided for by Minnesota statutes chapter 201 is hereby adopted as the system for the permanent registration of voters in the city. (1981 Code 103 § 1)
   B.   Voters To Be Registered: No person shall be permitted to vote at any election held in the city unless he shall have registered as provided in Minnesota statutes chapter 201. (1981 Code 103 § 2)
