8-3-2: FIRES ON PUBLIC WAYS PROHIBITED 1 :
It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to burn any sweepings, trash, lumber, leaves, straw, paper, grass or any combustible material upon any street, alley, gutter, or highway within the corporate limits of the city. (1981 Code 703 § 2)
