A. Snow And Ice: Accumulations of snow and ice may be deposited upon those portions of such grounds, streets or easements not used for travel or for access by the public or the city 1 .
B. Vehicle Parking: Vehicles may be parked in the manner and to the extent permitted by the applicable ordinances of the city.
C. Driveway Construction: Driveways may be cut and surfaced, provided they do not exceed a width of twenty five feet (25') and their location does not violate any ordinance of the city. (1981 Code 702 § 1)
