A. Fireman's Relief Association: The members and officers of the fire department shall organize themselves into a fireman's relief association.
B. Social Officers: The department may elect a president, vice president, secretary, and treasurer, to be known as social officers. Such social officers shall be elected in such manner and for such term as the membership shall determine, and their duties shall be to arrange for and manage any or all social functions sponsored by the department. The functions and duties of said social officers shall in no way interfere with those of the regular department officers who are charged with responsibility for all fire service activities of the fire department.
