7-1-5: POLICE POWERS OF FIRE CHIEF AND FIRE MARSHAL:

The fire chief and fire marshal are authorized to issue citations for violations of the state fire code and city ordinances that relate to fire suppression, prevention or safety. (Ord. 250, 12-15-1987)
