A. Definitions: Unless otherwise defined herein, for the purpose of this section, the following words and terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this subsection:
MOTOR VEHICLE: Any self-propelled vehicle.
PERSON: Means and includes individuals, partnerships, associations or corporations.
B. Violation: Any person failing to comply with the provisions of this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. (1981 Code 1112 §§ 2, 3)
C. Parking Prohibited On Certain Streets: No person shall park or leave standing any motor vehicle on the following streets or portions thereof in the City:
