A. Prohibited Parking Of Semitrailers: It is unlawful to park a semitrailer upon any street, city owned parking lot, or other public property.
B. Parking In Residential Districts: It is unlawful to park a semitrailer, truck tractor, or a combination thereof, or any "custom service vehicle" as defined by this title, or any truck in excess of nine thousand (9,000) pounds' gross vehicle weight within an area zoned as a residential district except for the purpose of loading or unloading the same if such vehicle is in the process of making a delivery.
