6-2-7: PARKWAYS, PARKS AND PUBLIC GROUNDS:
The operator, driver, owner or person in charge of any vehicle used or driven over or upon the streets and roads of the city must observe all of the following regulations upon all parkways and within the limits of all parks and upon any publicly owned grounds in the city:
   A.   Parking Within Spaces; Unobstructed View Required: No vehicle shall be left standing or parked except in designated parking spaces, and vehicles must be parked so that an unobstructed view into the interior of the vehicle may be had at all times, and no curtains, papers or coverings of any kind shall cover or conceal the front, rear, or side windows of any parked vehicle.
   B.   Parking On Footpaths Prohibited: No vehicle shall be left standing or parked upon any footpath or in any area in which parking is restricted. (Ord. 219, 11-5-1985)
   C.   Prohibited Hours 1 : No person shall be in any park, and no person shall remain in or leave any vehicle in any park, or upon any parkway or public grounds between the hours of ten o'clock (10:00) P.M. and six o'clock (6:00) A.M. of the following morning.
