The regulatory provisions of Minnesota statutes chapter 169, known as the highway traffic regulation act, as amended, is hereby adopted as a traffic ordinance regulating the use of highways, streets and alleys within the city and are hereby incorporated in and made a part of this title as completely as if set forth herein. One copy of the highway traffic regulation act is on file in the office of the city clerk for public use and inspection. (Ord. 219, 11-5-1985; amd. 2003 Code)
