§ 97.25 SECURING BY THE CITY.
   If the owner has failed to comply with a notice to secure, the city may secure the structure or unit. The cost of such action shall be a personal debt of the owner to the city, may be assessed as a lien against the property as in a single lot special assessment, and may be collected as in a special assessment as set forth in § 97.13.
