§ 97.04 RESPONSIBLE LOCAL AGENT.
   The agent shall be an individual person who represents the owner. The responsible local agent shall be designated by the owner as legally responsible for operating such premises in compliance with all the provisions of the applicable city codes and ordinances. All official notices of the city may be issued to the agent and any notice so issued shall be deemed to have been issued upon the owner of record.
