§ 70.02 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   LOCAL AUTHORITIES. The City Council of the City of Memphis.
   LOCAL UNIT OF GOVERNMENT. The City of Memphis.
