(a) List of services available is required. It shall be unlawful for any permittee for a commercial physical contact establishment or any interested party thereof to perform commercial contact on any patron in an establishment, unless a list of services is available in the establishment, described in readily understandable language, and the costs of such services are posted in an open and conspicuous place in each room set aside for the performance of commercial contact in such an establishment, and also in the main entrance of such an establishment. It shall be unlawful for any permittee or any interested party thereof to advertise or state that any service other than those posted is available or to offer to perform, or to perform any service other than those posted.
(b) Towels and linens are required. It shall be unlawful for any permittee for a commercial physical contact establishment or any interested party thereof to operate an establishment or for any person to perform commercial contact on any patron in an establishment, unless clean and sanitary towels, sheets, and linens are provided for each patron, with no common use of towels or linens or reuse of towels or linens without relaundering permitted.
(c) Dress of person performing commercial contact. It shall be unlawful for any person to perform commercial contact on any patron unless such person shall be wearing a clean outer garment in the nature of a surgical gown. It shall be unlawful for any person to perform commercial contact on any patron unless the pubic area and buttocks of such person, and breasts of such person, if the person is a female, are covered by a nontransparent covering.
(d) Advertising restrictions. It shall be unlawful for any permittee for a commercial physical contact establishment or any interested party thereof to exhibit, place, publish or distribute or cause to be exhibited, placed, published or distributed any advertising matter or signage that would reasonably suggest to prospective patrons that any service is available other than those services posted as required under division (a) of this section, or that employees or other persons performing commercial contact at the establishment are dressed in any manner other than the dress as required under division (c) of this section.
(e) Facility open for inspection. Each facility shall be open for inspection by police officers during all hours such a facility is open for business for the purpose of ensuring compliance with this chapter.
