8-1-18: DAMAGE TO SYSTEM:

No unauthorized person shall maliciously, wilfully, or negligently break, damage, destroy, uncover, deface, or tamper with any structure, pipeline, fire hydrant, fitting connection appurtenance, or equipment which is a part of the municipal water system. (Ord. 89, 12-16-1980)
