The city reserves the right at any time without notice to shut off the water supply for repairs, extensions, nonpayment of rentals, or any other reason, and the city shall not be responsible for any damage such as bursting of boilers supplied by direct pressure, the breaking of any pipes or fixtures, or any other damage resulting from the shutting off of the water.
