7-4-5: VEHICLES IN THE CITY PARK:
   A.   Automobiles, motorcycles and ATVs are not allowed on the grass areas of the park and are to use only the designated roadways and parking lots within the city park.
   B.   It shall be unlawful for any person to drive or park on the grass within Melba City Park without securing a "special event" permit from the city clerk's office. (Ord. 241, 12-10-2012)
