4-2-2: REMOVAL OF RUBBISH FROM PUBLIC WAYS:
Every owner, tenant and occupant of private property within the city, abutting or adjoining any sidewalk or alley, shall be required to remove all rubbish from all such sidewalks and alleys. (Ord. 99, 7-6-1982)
