No person shall interfere with an authorized officer in his enforcement of this chapter. A violation of this section shall be deemed a misdemeanor and punishable as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code for any one offense, or by the performance of thirty (30) days of community service for the city, or a combination of fine and imprisonment, or fine and community service.
