4-1-10: ENFORCEMENT:

This chapter may be enforced by the county sheriff's office or by legal action taken on behalf of the city. For any such legal action, if the city prevails, court costs and attorney fees shall be borne by the person creating, causing, committing or maintaining the nuisance.
