The commission shall hold at least nine (9) regular meetings during the year, and such other meetings as may be determined by a majority of the members of the commission, to be called and held at a time, place and manner as the commission shall ordain in its minutes. The regular meetings shall be held on the first Wednesday second Thursday of each month at seven o'clock (7:00) P.M., and unless otherwise decided and determined by its members, such meetings shall be held at the city hall and shall at all times be open to the public.
