A. Chair And Vice Chair: The commission shall elect its own chair and vice chair and fill such other offices as it may determine it requires. Election of officers shall take place in December each year. The new chair and vice chair shall assume office at the first regular meeting in January and serve through the last meeting in December. During the absence or disability of the chair, the vice chair shall assume the duties of the chair.
B. Secretary: The chair shall appoint someone to serve as secretary who shall keep an accurate record of all proceedings of the commission. (Ord. 206, 10-11-2004)
