A. Statute Requirement: The local planning act of 1975 1 requires that each county and each city in the state shall identify by ordinance an area of city impact within the unincorporated area of the county and shall, in accordance with the notice and hearing procedures provided in Idaho Code section 67-6509, adopt by ordinance a map identifying that area of city impact.
B. Official Impact Area Map: The city impact area map, dated October 11, 1994, is hereby adopted as the official map identifying the area of city impact within the unincorporated area of Canyon County. A true and correct copy of said map is attached to the ordinance codified herein as exhibit A and by this reference incorporated herein, and which map shall be certified by the mayor and city clerk-treasurer, and which map shall be adopted by appropriate ordinance of the county, in accordance with the notice and hearing procedures of Idaho Code section 67-6509.
