11-1-4: JURISDICTION:

The regulations herein shall apply to land divisions or consolidations within the incorporated limits of the city, and may apply within the city's area of impact pursuant to an area of city impact agreement with Canyon County, Idaho. (Ord. 276, 10-11-2021)
