§ 5.1.01 DELINQUENT MUNICIPAL SERVICES BILLS.
   The City adopts Wisconsin Statutes § 66.0809, relating to the responsibility for unpaid utility bills and its procedures for collecting municipal furnished utility services for which payment is owing and in arrears.
