§ 3.5.07 INDEMNIFICATION OF THE OFFICIAL LEGAL CUSTODIAN OF THE RECORDS.
   Any costs or fees incurred by the official legal custodians of the records of the City shall be directly reimbursed by the City to the custodians and shall not be treated as the personal liability of the custodians.
