§ 3.3.16 COMPOSITION; TERM; COMPENSATION.
   The Plan Commission shall consist of the Mayor, who shall be its presiding officer, an alderman who shall be elected by a 2/3 vote of the Council, and 5 citizens to be appointed by the Mayor. The members of the Commission shall hold office for the terms, respectively, as provided by statutes and shall receive no compensation for their services thereon.
