§ 3.3.03 MEETINGS.
   (A)   The City Clerk shall within 3 days of the appointment of said Commissioners notify them, in writing, of their appointment and cause them to file an oath of office, prior to their first meeting. The Clerk shall also establish the time and place for the first meeting. The Commission shall meet at the time scheduled by the Clerk and immediately elect a secretary, who shall keep minutes of all Commission proceedings. The next order of business shall be the election of a Chairman who shall preside over the meetings and a Vice-Chairman who shall preside over the meetings in the absence of the Chairman. All officers so elected shall hold office for a term of 1 year.
   (B)   Meetings shall be scheduled by the Chair.
   (C)   The Commission may take any authorized action by a majority vote of the members present.
