§ 5.2.86 ENFORCEMENT AND PENALTIES.
   (A)   The Medford Police Department and/or the Fire Chief is authorized to enforce the provisions of this subchapter.
   (B)   The penalty for violation of any portion of this subchapter shall be a forfeiture of $250 plus the cost of prosecution and may result in the permanent revocation of the permit. Penalties are doubled for second and subsequent offenses.
