§ 5.2.84 LIABILITY.
   (A)   The owner or occupant of the property who has started any fire, with or without a permit, shall hold the City and the Medford Area Fire Department harmless from any and all damages caused by a fire.
   (B)   The owner or occupant shall be responsible for all suppression costs and any other liability resulting from damage caused by the open burning and recreational burning fire.
