§ 5.4.47 APPLICABILITY.
   The regulations contained in this subchapter shall apply to land that (a) is located within the City of Medford corporate limits, and (b) is located within a Well Head Protection Area for Well Nos. 5, 8, 9 ,10, 1 l,and 12 as shown on the Map.
