(A) Compliance with these standards and specifications meet the minimum requirements of the Zoning Code. Compliance will also fulfill the requirements of Wisconsin Statutes § 346.503 with respect to parking spaces for vehicles displaying special registration plates or special identification cards.
(B) The parking area landscaping requirements do not supersede or replace the design requirements of the Zoning Code. Additional landscaping may be required of applicants under the provisions of the Zoning Code.
