§ 15.3.013 CHAPTERS 30, 31 OF WISCONSIN STATUTES, DEVELOPMENT.
   Development which requires a permit from the Department, under Wisconsin Statutes, Chs. 30 and 31, such as docks, piers, wharves, bridges, culverts, dams and navigational aids, may be allowed if the necessary permits are obtained and amendments to the floodplain zoning ordinance are made according to §§ 15.3.070  et seq. Amendments.
