§ 15.2.02 SCOPE.
   The provisions of this chapter do not apply to the interior of any improvement or to any alteration or demolition of any interior portion of any such improvement which would not affect the safety, structural integrity, or appearance of the exterior of such improvement. The provisions of this chapter do not apply to the exterior portion of any improvement not subject to public view.
