The most current applicable portions of the Department of Commerce, Industry, Labor and Human Relations Code pertaining to fire district regulations are hereby adopted by reference and made a part of this chapter as if fully set forth herein. Any act required to be performed or prohibited by any provision incorporated herein by reference is required or prohibited by this chapter.
