The Court is authorized to order the following disposition upon a finding of truancy:
(A) An order for the person to attend school.
(B) For a first violation, a forfeiture of not more than $50 plus statutorily authorized costs, assessments, surcharges and fees.
(C) For a second or subsequent violation committed within 12 months of a previous violation, a forfeiture of no more than $100 plus statutorily authorized costs, assessments, surcharges and fees, subject to a maximum cumulative forfeiture amount of not more than $500 for all violations committed during a school semester.
(D) All or part of the forfeiture plus costs, assessments, surcharges and fees may be assessed against the person, the parents or guardian of the person, or both.
