§ 11.5.07 ISSUANCE OF LICENSE; REVOCATION.
When issued, such license shall authorize the holder thereof, and all persons employed by or representing him, to engage in or follow the business of which such license is required by this chapter; provided, however, that no person acting for, as employee or agent of, any licensee shall engage in or carry on said business under or in the name of any firm or person other than the named licensee for whom they are so employed. Every person holding a license pursuant to the terms of this chapter shall in writing notify the City Clerk of any changes in the names of the persons employed by such licensee in exhibiting photographs or canvassing or soliciting for the sale of the same in the City, and the City Clerk shall append such written notice to the original application of such licenses, and shall immediately notify the Chief of Police of all such changes. If it shall appear that such change will result in allowing or permitting a person who has been convicted of the above offense to operate in the City, the City Clerk may revoke such license or require the applicant to discharge such employee as a condition to allowing such license to remain in force.
