§ 11.3.05 PERMIT REVOCATION.

Permits granted under this chapter may be revoked or suspended by the Common Council after notice and public hearing in the event an amusement arcade's location or operation fails to conform to standards provided in this chapter, violates any other provision of the ordinances and resolutions of the City, or provides false information in the application for the permit.
