All park facilities, to include but not limited to restrooms, ball diamonds, shelters and gazebos shall be closed to the public between the hours of 11:00 p.m. through 5:00 a.m., excepting the designated camping areas and riverwalk which shall be open 24-hours each day. Such prohibition shall not apply to authorized events, where
AUTHORIZED
is defined as being an event for which a permit has been issued for the rental or use of park facilities.
