§ 9.7.07 LEASHES REQUIRED.
   No person shall bring into any City park any dog or other domesticated animal except those animals restrained by a leash 8-foot or less in length. All such animals shall be prohibited on all grassy areas in any City park and in waters in or adjacent to any City park.
