§ 9.4.48 CITY DISPLAYS.
   The City may allow fireworks to be used by City employees, agents, or contractors for City- sponsored celebrations open to the general public, provided that City fire and law enforcement officials shall be notified of the proposed use of fireworks at least 2 days in advance.
